Even though I am 5'4" I have a short inseam of 26" and it was very difficult for me to find something low enough for me to ride on. The 400 is absolutely wonderful. This scooter is nimble and quick, great storage space, looks good, is very quiet and has great gas mileage. It is both heavy enough not to be blown all over the road in high winds and light enough for me to maneuver in my garage. The price is reasonable and the insurance is very low for the scoot. My only complaint is that the stock screen could be wider and higher and the seat a little lower.
Upgrades/Accessories: I put a corbin close seat on the scooter which could have been a little wider in the seat area. However this did lower the seat about 1/2" which helped me. I am in the process of receiving a Givi E450 case and will probably change the windscreen as soon as Clearview makes one for the 400. I may also look into GenMar Risers to bring the bars back closer to me.
